Class Experience

-tennis shoes (Cross trainers or volleyball shoes are ideal.) -large enough space to move. I recommend at least an open square (with no furniture) that is 5 feet, 6 inches x 5 feet 6 inches. (1.7 meters x1.7 meters). The ceiling should be high enough for the learner to jump with hands up and not touch his or her hand. -Smooth floor surfaces work well. Carpet is not ideal. -water bottle
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
-It's important for learners to participate in the 1st song (the warm up).  
-Injuries could occur if not properly supervised.
