In this class, my learners are allowed to bring treats, we dance, sing, play and make a valentine card for someone we love.

During the class: We talk briefly about what and when is valentine's day. We sing and dance to a valentine related song. We play a fun game together and then make a simple yet beautiful valentine card for someone we love ( a sibling, a friend, grandparents, etc.) 💖
Learning Goals
Students will:
-Develop a sense of belonging in a group focusing on the same theme (valentine)
-Practice fine motor skills (cutting the paper)
-Participate in a virtual workshop that gives them a unique final product: A Card
-Develop their language and literacy with listening to a song, singing and then writing on the card
-Have the opportunity to share their feelings about who they love

Parental Guidance
The learners need scissors for this art class which I instruct them to use carefully.
Supply List
Students need: -Valentine treats to eat (optional) -Construction paper (at least two different colors) -Glue -Scissors -Pencil
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
