This class does involve physical fitness routines and movement. Please be mindful to provide adequate space for workout and dance routines. Please make sure that your child is wearing tennis shoes, or the flooring is suitable for barefoot dance routines. We will be using our bodies for movement, please make sure that a towel is nearby, and a water source is present. We will conduct a 5-minute stretch session prior to the start of the dance routines, to make sure that our bodies are properly prepared to dance. Parents, please provide adequate supervision of your child to prevent any injuries that may occur. During the stretching session, please supervise your child to prevent "over-stretching." During the dance class, please follow the recommendations above, along with moving furniture to prevent being bumped into, such as tables with sharp ends or free-moving rugs to prevent falling and slipping.
