Description
Class Experience
Students will learn dance moves, get necessary physical activity, and foster skills that build a positive self-image and esteem in a fun and energetic environment.
Water
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students need an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle if needed, and are welcome to stretch beforehand. This will help us avoid injury due to obstacles around us or over exertion and straining of our muscles. A lack of proper preparation and supervision can result in physical injury including, but not limited to muscle strains or joint sprains.
