Description
Class Experience
Learn the elements of dance and how to create their own choreography.
Sarah is a Texas based actress and choreographer. She discovered a love for film work shortly after finishing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at University in Austin TX (UT). She began teaching creative movement with Creative Action in 2017 and studied with the Dance Education Laboratory in New York City in 2018. With a background in concert dance, cirque and martial arts, Sarah enjoys helping students better their movement techniques by strengthening their somatic explorations and awareness.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Help your learner participate by setting up a space to move, provide comfortable clothes and water.
