Welcome to Zumba Kids with Rachel! I am a Registered Nurse, Wellness Coach & Licensed Zumba Instructor of 8 years. This is a 30 minute class for learners 7-11. We will dance to kid appropriate music from around the world ( Reggaeton, Merengue, Salsa, Cumba & more!). "Dance It" refers to dancing through life. My goal is to create a safe space for your learner to dance and express themselves. Student will learn how to mirror and follow along with the dance movements. This helps with memory building and self confidence.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Please help your learner dress appropriately for the class. Make sure the class is being done in a well ventilated area. Remove any rugs from the area. Bring a water bottle and wear athletic shoes.
