In this class, students will learn different exercises and stretches that they can incorporate into their everyday lives for a healthier life style. These exercises are inspired by dance, dance cardio, and yoga. We will talk about the importance of incorporating exercise and movement into your daily life in order to be the healthiest version of yourself. We will talk about how we can make exercise fun and not a chore, and how we can include our friends and even turn it into a fun activity...
Students will learn different skills to be able to incorporate exercises that are fun into their daily lives in order to help create a healthier lifestyle for their future.
I am a certified dance educator who has been teaching dance for 7 years, I also have been a trainer in yoga and dance cardio and have since created my own version of a workout that I can adapt to all ages from children to adults.
Yoga mat or soft surface such as the carpet or a rug.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will be exercising and moving so parental supervision is always encouraged whenever needed.
