Join us for an awesome time of dance fitness. In this class, we will learn how dance can be used as a form of exercise and fitness. Children will watch the leader describe some different dance moves to a variety of music types. Dance routines will be of various kinds. The dance moves will be very simple and easy to follow. Students will have chances to show their own style in freestyle dance. Students will become more familiar with the dance moves in each class. Students will be able to note...
Students will learn how to develop understanding of their physical capabilities and limitations. Students will incorporate dance moves in exercise as they learn to identify a rhythm and beat.
Water bottles are recommended. Students need to have proper footwear and spacious area for exercise. It is also recommended that they have a bottle of water.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please note that different types of music will be played. If your child seems to be very tired, please advise them to take a short break.
