In this multi-day class, we will warm-up and stretch our bodies first. We will then learn an upbeat dance routine! Each week we will add on to our routine or "clean" our routine to make sure it is show ready!
Class experience
During each class we will start off with a warm-up for about the first 7 minutes. We will then learn choreography to an upbeat song for the rest of the class! Breaks will be given during class as well. Your child will learn the basic movements of dance. This song is upbeat and fun and age appropriate. The goal of this class is to get the work together as a team and learn a routine to perform on stage!
I've been teaching several styles of dance for all ages, for 21 years. I have danced professionally at Walt Disney World, on The Orlando Magic (NBA) dance team, on Carnival Cruise Lines and more. I have directed many dance teams and have judged at competitions and professional dance and cheer team auditions. My passion is to help others be their best self! I am passionate, caring, and fun and look forward to teaching your child dance!
Homework Offered
It is important to practice the routine as much as possible so you are ready to perform as a group when you take the stage!1 - 2 hours per week outside of class

Encouragement and feedback will be given throughout the class.Grades Offered

Make sure your student is taking the class in an open space where they can safely extend their arms out side to side and front to back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing so they have the best experience possible. (Dance at your own risk).
