Class Experience

Students will experience a fun workout in this 20 minute class while dancing along to fun songs! . All fitness levels are encouraged.  These classes are high energy and lots of fun! Students are encouraged to wear their favourite bright colours while dancing. 

Because of the nature of this class, students will be greeted very quickly when admitted and then dancing and moving the whole time. This class is meant to be quick fun break from their day, where they can let loose and dance with all of us!

Although this is a one time class, each day is a different routine, so we encourage you to sign up as many times as you like! Younger and older siblings are welcome!

-Fist pumps
-Walk forward
-Walk Back
-Jump

-Head Bop
-Standing push outs

Students are encouraged to follow along or make up their own moves in this dance party!

Parental Guidance
Parents should ensure that all students have an open workout space. We suggest a wood floor and bare feet, but a carpeted floor could also work. Parents should ensure all students have access to water during the class. Students may prepare for the class with adequate stretching beforehand, and additional stretching will be taught at the start and end of every class. Injuries may occur is students do not have an open workout space, adequate stretching, or parental supervision during class. Students working out without water or in a very warm room may become dehydrated or ill, so we ask that the workout room be a comfortable temperature.

Hello!
My name is Lily and I have been teaching learners of all ages for many years. I love to travel and meet new people, and teaching online is a perfect fit! 
I have taught fitness classes for young students, as well as taught history, speech, drama, theatre, mystery building, clowning, dance and much more over the years with various companies. I have also taught life skills to young learners and worked in my entertainment background so learning feels fun!  I love to see new skills develop and see the passion for each topic emerge with young learners! I cannot wait to meet you!
