Class experience
Body breaks and mindful moments are beneficial to everyone and are a perfect way to reset daily! In this class, we will get together to do exactly that. A great way to greet the morning or to say goodbye to the day, as well manage the moments we could use a reset in between! Each class will consist of a short instructed exercise routine to get some physical exercise in and extra energy out. Then we will complete a simple guided breathing exercise, meditation, or visualization then we'll...
A water bottle is recommended and a yoga style mat or similar is suggested for surfaces such as hardwood, tile, or concrete floors.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parents are responsible for the safety of their children during class please ensure your child has adequate floor space, proper footwear, a water bottle if needed, and has completed adequate stretching beforehand. While parents are not permitted to participate in class or appear on camera as per Outschool safety and privacy, parents are encouraged to be near by to supervise young learners if needed during this class.
