Father's Day is coming, so what could be better that listening to a classic story about dad? Then, students will learn step-by-step how to create their own Super Dad illustration just in time for Father's Day!

In this 50-minute class, students will first listen to the wonderful book called “Superhero Dad." Then, students will follow an interactive, step by step directed drawing lesson to create their dad as a Superhero! Small breaks will be taken throughout the class to provide feedback and encouragement. Time will be given at the end to start coloring and personalize their drawings, while we listen to inspirational songs about Dad. Most students will need a little extra time after class to complete their coloring.

I have my Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Children and the Arts. I also have my Multiple Subject Credential with CLAD emphasis.
I have three amazing kids of my own, who range in age from 10 to 19. My husband and I love to travel with our kids and make fun memories together. Trips to the beach are my favorite!
