Hello! Welcome to my class! I will start lesson talking about what is on this drawing. Students can also describe what they see. I will explain how to draw a sketch. How to position objects. All clear instructions will be provided. I am going to show how to draw this picture on my dry erase board: step-by-step. All will be in a fun and creative way. Then we will start to paint. Students will know how to mix colors and show high lights. Students will learn about dogs and how to paint them. During painting, students are welcome to share their thoughts about pets and drawing them.

Paper 9X12 inches, pencil, eraser, black marker, acrylics, middle and small brushes, paper napkin and water.

Hello! My name is Ms. Kate. Originally from St-Petersburg, Russia. But I live in the United States for more than 26 years. I hold a BA's and Art teacher Certificate (Orlando University, FL). I've been teaching for 19+ years at schools. I enjoyed teaching Art and crafts to kids ages 4-15 at private school for a few years. On Outschool I'll be teaching Acrylics class to young learners ages 5-8, and to children ages 8-15.
