Description

Class Experience

I took an extensive cursive class on Zaner Bloser, while I was finishing my Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood Education (K-5).
Suggested Learner Supply List:
-plenty of pencils and erasers
-A spiral or composition notebook is needed for this class because the students will make a cursive journal. A binder with lined notebook paper inside is also acceptable.
-A cursive workbook can be beneficial, but it's not required. To avoid confusion, you may want the cursive workbook to be the Zaner Bloser style, or a very similar one. A workbook is NOT required, but would be a great supplement for this class.
-tactile items, such as play-doh, slime, wikki stix, yarn, and pipe cleaners (that the students can use for forming the challenging letters)
-puzzles that can be repurposed
-watercolor paints, a paintbrush, glue, markers, and colored pens for doodling

**Parental Guidance**
Play-doh may contain wheat, which could cause an allergic reaction if ingested in those sensitive to wheat, gluten, or with Celiac disease.
2 hours per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
I will provide these books by screen sharing them.
