Cursive Camp: Learn Lowercase Cursive Letters / Words (4 Days)
This is a 4 day long camp for learners to learn how to make lowercase cursive letters correctly. We will learn a few letters each day (6 letters each day, 8 on the last day). Then we will use the letters to make small words for practice.

Beginner Level
This is a beginning cursive class, so no prior knowledge is needed. We will begin class by introducing ourselves. I will introduce students to the proper way of writing in cursive. We will learn about slanting of letters and paper position when writing in cursive. Each day I will model how to make each lowercase letter correctly and provide visual and verbal prompts to the learners as they make the letters. We will learn a few letters during each class, one at a time, and independently write them on paper. I will watch their progress and provide feedback when needed. Here is a breakdown of each day. Monday = a-f Tuesday = g-l Wednesday = m-r Thursday = s-z

Supply List
Bring a pencil and lined paper. There is a practice paper (file attached) that students can use to practice outside of class. During class, we will make letters together.
