Description
Class Experience
I LOVE Cursive! Join me to learn the entire cursive alphabet, both lower and upper case. In this 8 week course, we will meet twice a week to learn new letters. In between classes, I will assign pages for students to practice learned letters and for me to check in on how everyone is doing. I will provide feedback on all assignments and review wherever needed. This class is taught in English.
Students will learn to write the entire alphabet in cursive, both upper and lowercase letters.
As an elementary school teacher I taught cursive for 5 years in person.
After each meeting I will assign practice pages for students to work on learned letters. Homework should not take more than an hour each week and is best broken up into small pieces each day.
Access to a printer pencils
Progress will be monitored with practice pages between sessions. Feedback will be provided so that students may improve. All assessments will be informal.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
