Students will improve their knowledge of current events including business news, economic events, and new product development. This is a discussion based class so students will gain experience and confidence in presenting their ideas, analyzing information, and developing informed opinions.
I am a certified and tenured Business Education Teacher with expertise in stock market investing and stock analysis. I have taught over 2000 students on Outschool and have outstanding ratings. This course will be the prefect follow up for my Outschool investment students (Beginner, Level 2 and Level 3 students ) as well as students interested in discussing and exploring current events in a focused way.
No formal homework will be assigned but students will be encouraged to bring current event topics that they are interested in to class for discussion. A worksheet will be provided to help guide students as they analyze news articles/events and share their news stories.
