I love working with young children and helping them stay curious and excited about the world around them. I am a kindergarten teacher, an online ESL teacher, and a parent of two ever curious children of my own one of whom love everything unicorns and enjoys creating.
There is no homework, however some students may want to continue working on their projects after class has finished.
Specific supplies for each day are the following: Day 1: ~empty, clean can (like from canned vegetables or soups), ~paper (colored paper optional), ~markers/crayons/colored pencils ~tape/glue Optional: glitter/glitter glue/ or glitter paper, colored yarn or ribbons Day 2: ~Rocks (Rocks can be from outside or bought in a store. 2 hours per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Children may need a little parent support or supervision when using permanent markers, paints, sealing spray or modge podge to protect the painted designs, and cleaning up/storing paints and food items properly. Students should be working in a well-ventilated area when painting. Younger children may also need some supervision while making the pudding parfait.
