Description
Class Experience
I love working with young children and helping them stay curious and excited about the world around them. I am a kindergarten teacher, an online ESL teacher, and a parent of two ever curious children of my own.
1 file available upon enrollmentStudents will need the printouts that will be supplied (There are two pages, but you only need to print ONE page. There is a lighter page to save on ink or a page with a darker outline). Students should have something to draw and color with (markers, crayons, colored pencils, etc.). Popsicle sticks, scissors, and glue or tape are also needed. (Animal cut outs can be attached to plastic straws or pencils if popsicle sticks are not available).
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Younger children may need a little parent support with cutting the slit in the ocean picture for the craft (aka "popsicle") stick puppets to go through and possibly with cutting out and gluing animal pictures on the craft sticks.
