Curious Kids: Defeating Germs With Dinosaurs
What's included
1 live meeting
25 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
In this 25 minute class, students will listen to a story about how to stay well. We will discuss ways to defend ourselves/family members against the spread of germs (proper hand washing, wearing masks properly especially as some students get ready for school, using tissues and coughing into your elbow instead of hands, safely sharing food/drinks, getting rest and exercise.) We will sing a hand washing song and pantomime how to wash our hands. Learners will color and cut out fake germs to hang around our homes as reminders of where germs hide on places around the house that tend to have more germs to remind us to wash hands after touching these areas and wipe these areas down often. Students are welcome to bring one dinosaur toy/stuffed animal to class if they would like!
