Learn the history of this song and it's rhythm game in this fun and interactive class! After discussing the history of this song, we will learn how to play this rhythm game, step by step. We will go at the students pace making sure we master each step before moving on to the next part of the rhythm. By the end of the class, students will be able to complete the whole rhythm game! As long as you have an empty cup, you will never be bored! Students will need a durable, non-breakable cup for this class.

Bachelor's Degree in Music or Theatre or Arts from Southern Utah University
I have been teaching for over 15 years. I graduated from Southern Utah University with my degree in Music Education in 2003. Starting in 2004, I taught private voice and piano lessons to students. In 2014, I began teaching music at a local elementary school.
In my classroom, I have taught singing, rhythm games, recorder, ukulele, music theory and how to write your own song! I love sharing my love of music with my students.
I also enjoy musical theater. I have done several communtiy theater productions. I have been privileged to play the roles of Mrs. Potts in "Beauty and the Beast," Jack's Mother in "Into the Woods," Mabel in "The Pirates of Penzance," and Kim in "Bye, Bye BIrdie."
I love to listen to rock and roll on the radio. My favorite music group is The Beatles!
In 2017, I began tutoring ESL students in the basics of English grammar, reading, and conversation. I love working with young people from all around the world.
