If you want to cook some new and interesting foods, this Culinary Boot Camp consists of six classes that will help you become a GREAT home cook. (No cooking is required, but you're going to want to cook up a storm!

I encourage learners to share their career goals when enrolling. I will incorporate suggestions into the lesson plan.  
Chef JoAnna is a professional chef with 17+ years of experience cooking and teaching. 
This is a classroom conversation and does not entail any cooking or knife usage.
While this is a food-oriented class, the focus is on cooking techniques.
Nutrition and Diet are not part of this curriculum.
This class requires no advance preparation.

IMPORTANT: Policy on Class Handouts: All printables will be posted to the "classroom" tab in PDF format. It's your responsibility to log on and print/write down this information, or have it available on another device. a) Thur/Fri/Sat classes -- posted SUNDAYS b) Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed classes -- posted THURSDAYS (No transfers/credits/refunds allowed within 24 hrs of a scheduled class.)
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Informal assessment. If a grade is required, please submit a form for me to sign/scan/upload. If the student needs to submit a written report to meet another class's requirements, I'm happy to help! Printable (PDF) Certificate of Completion upon request!
 
2 hours 45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
