Class Experience
This class will work much like an book club where students will be asked to read the book, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, during the week, and spend time discussing the book in class. Please note that the Disney movie, while good, takes liberties not found within the book. It is important then that the students read the book in order to correctly partake in the discussions. The entire Narnia series has been a favorite of mine from my childhood days years ago. I always desired to visit Narnia, hoping somehow my closet would open to a world beyond hangers and clothing. At 44 years old, I still hold onto hope that one day the closet will open and I will travel into this magical world.
Students will need a copy of the book, The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, by C.S.Lewis.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
