Class Experience

Participants in this multi-day course (Once a week for Four Weeks) will play a simulated game based on the real Crypto market. Students will learn cryptocurrency basics and compete to grow their portfolios. The overall winner at the end of 4 weeks will be crowned our Crypto Champion. The class is easy to follow, engaging, and interactive. Learn how Blockchains work, and why, and how to invest in the growing number of cryptocurrencies.

Students in this class will learn: what cryptocurrencies are and beginner strategies on how to pick cryptos, what blockchains are and tips for picking the best cryptos to invest in, possible causes to changes in crypto prices, and how mining creates more cryptos in the market.

I have a professional economics license from the state of Kansas to teach social studies and have been teaching for over 13 years. I love learning through games. I feel I am especially qualified to lead this lesson because I currently teach economics and have successfully used this crypto market game to teach my students.

None assigned, but students will need to access the game website to play during the week in order to buy and sell cryptos.
