Description

Class Experience

This is a 3- week class where we will meet twice a week to review math concepts and work through example problems on the ACT Math exam. The test prep will be a comprehensive review including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry and some Advanced Algebra. This class is for the student that has not taken the ACT  or the student who has taken the exam but wants to improve their score. I will include notes and practice problems to download and print prior to class and I will guide the students through...

Students will learn test taking strategies along with a comprehensive review of math concepts tested on the ACT Math exam.

I am a licensed teacher with over 20 years of teaching/tutoring math prep classes for the ACT.

I will provide an ACT math practice test that students can take on their own.

  7 files available upon enrollment
PDF documents with notes and problems will be attached that will need to be downloaded and printed prior to class.

Students are assessed informally as they work through practice problems.

1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
