Description
Class Experience
Students will improve their level of fitness as well as learn new exercise movements.
I have been a Physical Education teacher for 8 years. I also regular participate in Crossfit classes.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will need an open workout space free from any potential obstacles. Proper footwear is recommended. Having a water bottle nearby will be helpful so students can take a quick drink to stay hydrated and not miss out on any class time. Parental supervision is suggested in the event of an accident. We will warm-up as a class, but stretching beforehand is recommended.
