Younger students will learn all about crocodiles and alligators through interactive and creative learning methods. Students will learn about these similar ancient creatures, their habitat, eating habits and family life. Students will be quickly learn all about the different types of crocodiles and alligators and their amazing abilities! A focus will be on conservation. Students will be delve into video, handouts, creative options and multimedia presentations that are all guided by the teacher. At the end of the class students will learn how to draw a either or a crocodile or alligator or even both!
Learning Goals
Students will learn all about crocodiles and alligators including the anatomy, feeding, behavior, habitat and the differences between both. Conservation is stressed throughout the course.
