In this one-time beginner's crochet class, students will learn the most basic skills of crocheting: how to form a slip knot, crochet a chain, single crochet, and tying off the final project.
Class experience
In this class, I will introduce students to the basics of crochet. At the beginning of class, I will share information about yarn and crochet hooks. Then, I will model the following skills: forming a slip knot, crocheting a chain, and single crochet. I will model each step as many times as needed for students to feel confident with each skill.
