In this class, we will learn: 1. How to hold a hook 2. How to make a slip knot 3. How to make a chain 4. How to make a blanket, a bear, and other projects This class is hands-on and 100% interactive. I will crochet along with your learner showing them step by step what to do. Please note: CROCHET IS LIKE PIANO LESSONS, IT TAKES TIME AND PRACTICE. I will stick with your learner from start to finish on each project and they have access to communicate with me if they are having issues with the...

I have been crocheting for myself and gifts for others for over 20 years. I love the art of crochet, which I learned from my grandmother. This skill will not be learned in one class, like any skill it takes practice and patients. I love watching children learn and get excited when they see that piece of yarn become something in their hands.
Homework Offered
IF YOUR CHILD DOES NOT PRACTICE OUTSIDE OF THE CLASS THEY WILL NOT GET THE FULL BENEFIT OF THIS Class. I will help in any way that I can. I am available for them to message and ask questions anytime. I can USUALLY respond within 24 hours. Crochet takes time to learn and practice is essential. Try setting aside 10 to 20 mins a few days a week to practice.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
