Class Experience

In this ongoing class, students will be taught basic crocheting skills. Students will learn how to do chains, single crochet, double crochet, and triple crochet. As they advance in their skills, we will advance to more challenging stitches.

When we first get signed into Zoom, we will greet each other. Students can show the projects that they currently have going, or they can start a new one with me. I will be available to help students with any questions about their projects. I have a second camera set up in which I will demonstrate how to do certain stitches that the students may need additional help with. Once everyone is working on the crochet project, students can have a chance to just talk with each other. We can talk about sports, school, summer vacations, pets, and many other topics.

Each project that I have listed has the skill level that is needed to complete it and the expected time frame for completion. If I see that the group needs more time to complete a project, I will adjust the dates in the classroom.
