Description
Class Experience
The goal for this class is for the student to learn how to read a pattern and to complete the crochet mask project.
I am offering this class because it is appropriate for this time to make something easy for beginners, practical, and functional. I've been crocheting since I was 12 years old and I am a certified crochet instructor through the craft yarn council.
Students are asked to work in the skills they learn for a minimum of 30 minutes after class.
4 Ply Acrylic or Cotton Yarn (SEE EXPLANATION BELOW) Letter H, I, Or J Hook. Grey, White or two contrasting colors. Acrylic yarn is best for cooler months because I’m this material holds a lot of heat. Cotton yarn is better for warmer months because this will hold less heat. I posted a link for the suggested materials above. Please note you will not need all the materials choose either all cotton yarn or all acrylic yarn. The type of yarn is indicated on the paper around the yarn (the ball band)
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Students are assessed by their ability to explain the directions given and to complete the skills taught during the sessions.
