In this ongoing book club we will discuss and complete novel study activities about the popular "The Critter Club" book series. If your learner likes reading stories about friendship and animals they will love these early chapter books!
Class experience
US Grade 1 - 3
Learners will read one book from "The Critter Club" series per week on their own before class. Then we will come together and discuss, answer questions, review the book and more! We will do different things each week. We may do: a word jumble, create a comic, a story map, character analysis, discuss setting, etc. I love these stories and would love to have your learner in my class! Learners must either check the Critter Club books out from the library or buy their own copy. We will be referring to the book during class. Also I will send you some sheets we will fill out during class. If you do not have access to a printer your learner may write on plain paper or a whiteboard.
