In this class, we will take an in-depth look at six famous serial killers. There will be detailed accounts of the crimes and how they were caught as well as earlier looks into their childhood and more. We will take a look through the eyes of Criminology to see what might have set them down their dark path, and we will also look at the Criminal Justice System when it comes to their trials. This class is not intended to frighten, and details will not be exaggerated to do so. The class will be presented as a Powerpoint with lecture as well as discussion and open questions. Parental Guidance
There will be photos and accounts of actual crimes. Some of the descriptions will include bodily harm in detail, mention of rape, cannibalism, necrophilia and more, along with photos of the crime scenes. The content of this class is not for the faint of heart, and discretion is advised. Sex and violence will be referenced and discussed in relation to the killers and their crimes.
