I’ve been an educator for over 25 years, holding degrees in English, Writing, and Secondary Education, along with a Master’s in Education. I’ve taught everything from literature to real-world skills like financial literacy, and now, I get to bring one of my personal passions into the classroom: true crime and forensic science!

I’ve spent countless hours researching famous cases, watching documentaries, and reading forensic analysis reports, not just for fun, but to create immersive, age-appropriate learning experiences that spark curiosity and build critical thinking. I’m fascinated by the science of solving crimes: fingerprints, DNA, secret codes, and how tiny clues can reveal big answers.

In my Crimes and Forensics Camp, learners get to step into the shoes of crime scene investigators, using hands-on activities and interactive scenarios to explore the real-world techniques used to crack a case. My approach is highly engaging, accessible to all types of learners, and always encourages asking questions, making connections, and diving deeper into the mystery.

My goal is to inspire young minds to think like detectives, examine evidence, and have a blast while learning!
