Crime Scene Critical Thinking Investigations and Activities (Grades 5-9)

This class is perfect for mystery and true crime lovers! Texts are suited for grades 5-9. Students will learn crime-related vocabulary (alibi, affidavit, misdemeanor, etc.), critical thinking skills, and practice applying evidence to analyze a fake mystery. All materials will be attached as a pdf that will be released a few minutes before class starts. I do not release materials early to ensure that students do not look over the cases ahead of time. This will make the activities in class fair to everyone.

Class is primarily a discussion-based format. Students can respond verbally by raising their hand or in the chat.
