In this class, we will explore the dinosaur world during the Cretaceous period. We will learn about their habitats, where they lived, and what they ate. We will also learn the names of different dinosaurs and how they got their names. What is your favorite dinosaur? What did dinosaurs eat? At the end of the class, we will have a show and tell session for students to share about their dinosaurs or to ask questions. The materials needed for this class will be provided in the materials section. -Review various dinosaur names. -Review previous dinosaur knowledge. -Discuss favorite dinosaur -Dinosaur comparison (shape, sizes, etc) -Discuss habitats -Discuss what they ate (diet) -Show and tell No prior knowledge is required

Hello, I'm Ms. Michelle/Teacher Michelle! I have been an educator for 25 years and have taught and tutored English as Second Language students online for five years. Also, I have worked as a Learning Coach for 8 years. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. In addition, I have a TESOL certification. Previously, I have volunteered for the local Girl Scouts, 4-H, P.T.A, Y.M.C.A and the Parent Academy (a parent group in the local public school system).
Gardening, dancing, yoga, vegetarian cooking, reading, writing, and singing are my passions. I am a licensed Zumba instructor as well as a certified yoga teacher.
During my classes, I emphasize pronunciation, vocabulary words, and sentence structure. We will read short stories, poems, and other forms of literature. We will also practice public speaking skills.
My mission is to help the student have a little fun while learning. Learning in a positive way can help to enhance their lives. The knowledge they gain and the life skills they learn can help a child to manage their lives better as they become adults.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family. Having a big family is a lot of fun! There is always excitement in my house. We spend a lot of time working in our indoor and outdoor gardens. We love creating arts and craft projects and experimenting with various science projects.
