This course will be a lecture styled course and will use power point , photos and videos to teach about Crested Geckos. It will be personalized and will include brief stories about my personal geckos and their rescues. During this course students will learn about Crested Geckos natural habitat. They will learn about where they live in the wild, what they eat and any natural predictors.  Students will also learn about their needs in captivity. They will learn about about what they eat, what special care they need in captivity and what kind of habit they should have. Students will learn about the life cycle and the different morphs of crested geckos. They will learn some of the cool things that make crested Geckos unique. Questions are more than welcome. If students have questions before class feel free to post them in the classroom and I will make sure they are covered.
During the first portion of the class, we will be viewing a powerpoint presentation that has slides with photos and videos.    During the presentation, I will be doing a screen share so the students are able to view everything on the slides.   Unfortunately during this time students will be unable to see their class mates as the zoom screen will be minimized.  We will still have discussions and questions during that time to allow it to be more personalized than just a slide show.    After the presentation I will take the screen share off so they will be able to see all of their class mates.   I will also attempt to bring one of my two geckos out for them to meet.
