Hello! My name is Rachael (or the Doodlebugs Lady!) I am a wildlife biologist, former zookeeper, actor, lifelong learner, and a mom. I have been a wildlife educator for over 15 years and love every moment of it! Now I am excited to bring my virtual programs to Outschool! In my fun and interactive LIVE animal presentations your child will meet a variety of animals and explore the unique ways they survive in their homes! Students will be encouraged to engage their bodies as well as their minds...
Students will leave class with a greater understanding of, and appreciation for, insects, arachnids, and other misunderstood creatures. They will know that every animal has a purpose and every living thing deserves kindness and respect.
BS - Wildlife Management & Conservation (Humboldt State University)

AS - Exotic Animal Training and Management & Wildlife Education (Moorpark College - Exotic Animal Training and Management Program)
Over 15 years experience giving wildlife presentations
Owner/Educator/Mom - Doodlebugs Animal AdventuresWhile learners do not have homework, I also ALWAYS encourage participants to continue their learning adventure from home after the presentation is over. Stay curious!
