Creature Math - Early Math Skills - Adding Practice

In these Multi-Day Adding Practice classes, we will practice adding single digits to single digits starting with +1 in the first class and ending with +9 in the last using pictures of creatures and animals to help us practice adding.

Class Experience

Creature Math - Early Math Skills - Simple Addition - Adding Practice 
This will be a teacher-led class for young students that need some single-digit addition practice.
-At the beginning of each class, I will greet and try to get to know each student and his or her name; 
-Before starting my screen share, I will give each learner a chance to share a creature (or animal) and/or a favorite number with the class;
-Then I will screen share my google slides to share our "class rules";
-Next, we...

 Students will practice their adding skills with single-digit numbers and writing out their answers.

As a retired home school mom and grandmother of four, I love to see little ones enjoy math concepts as they lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning.
