Intermediate Level
Do you enjoy using your imagination to create drawings and stories? If so, this is the perfect class for you. In this class you will get to the listen to an engaging story called A Squiggle Story by Andrew Larsen. Then you will have the opportunity to create a detailed picture from a single squiggle. For example, you could turn a check mark into the open mouth of a shark in the ocean or a pizza with a few slices missing. Once your picture is drawn, you will complete a squiggle story template that includes the characters, setting, beginning, middle, and end for your story. Finally, you will use your ideas to write your own creative story to go with your drawing. Each step will be explained clearly and modeled with an example. So, get ready to get your creative ideas flowing and join me for this fun class!
