In this one-time workshop, students will learn some useful tips on how to begin and complete a story.
Class experience
In this short workshop for young writers, I will be going over a bunch of tips and tricks as to how to begin, continue, and complete a story. Often, students have big ideas for a story, but are discouraged from writing because it's hard to decide where to start. This is a one-time class, so these tips can be revisited anytime. Students will learn how to build a compelling character and how to have that character interact in a fictional world in a story with a clear beginning, middle, and end.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
