Description

Class Experience

This class is packed full of writing games to inspire creativity!

I begin each class by teaching a form of grammar, a part of speech, and/or a form of figurative language and facilitate a set of writing games to practice using these language devices. Each week's lesson is based on a theme and is connected to a genre of creative writing: fiction, nonfiction, poetry, or drama. Games are played collaboratively then learners are challenged with an independent creative writing assignment. If...
