Description
Class Experience
Everyone has different tastes and ingredients available to them, and both can change from week to week! In this class, students will make a tasty but simple soup from the ingredients they have available at home. They are encouraged to chat about their days and favorite topics while cooking, and come back every week with new ingredients! All allergies and dietary needs are welcome in this class, as the soup is based on whatever works for you! We will chat about the different ingredients...
Students will learn how to make a tasty soup from leftovers or ingredients on hand, while socializing and discuss their favorite foods!
I have been cooking a variety of soups through the cold Canadian winters for many years, including while travelling for business and helping to cook for my company! Using leftovers has been one of my favorites, as each soup is different! I can't wait to share with your learners!
