Students will learn how to take interesting photographs of pets. Most students photograph cats and dogs but any pets are awesome for class. If students have other pets, we will discuss which tips work for them as well. The class begins with an introduction to the different types of images we can create with pet photography. Beginner photography students will learn how to photograph a pet without frustration, using a combination of good planning and patience to create beautiful candid pet photographs that show their pets' personalities.

Students are welcome to share photos taken after class in the Outschool classroom.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Students will have the opportunity to share their images with the teacher and the class during the class so they can try out skills immediately and find out what works best for their pets.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
