Description
Class Experience
I am a certified Pilates instructor and physical therapist. I also taught and performed dance for over 10 years. I love teaching movement and having fun with the littles!
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please be sure your learner has plenty of space to move around. If your learner has an injury or needs special modifications, please let me know! I would be happy to help. This class is for all preschoolers and kindergarteners, no experience required
