In this art class you'll practice 3D letters and other techniques that designers and artists use to add creativity to lettering! You can work on paper or on a digital app like Procreate.
Class experience
In this class we will continue with techniques that are a bit more difficult than Creative Lettering I. (The first class is not required for enrollment, but Creative Lettering I is recommended if a student has no lettering experience). We will learn how to create 3D structure and shadows as well as other techniques that transform handwriting into artwork. This is a hands-on workshop designed for 10- to 15- year olds. Students need paper, pencil, a good eraser and colored markers. (Colored pens may be used if no markers are available.)
