Let's use our imaginations to create a super cute and unique turkey. Using newspaper pages, tissue paper scraps and watercolors we will use a collage style to craft our festive turkey art. I will model each step of the easy process using a second camera, so that learners can see up close. Creativity is highly encouraged, and learners will be able to add their own special details to their turkey art. Here's what we are going to do during our class: 1. Learners will explore their imaginations while making these colorful, creative collage style turkeys.
I will send a turkey coloring page for you to enjoy after class.
Please bring: Blank colored paper or a piece of blank cardboard for the background Newspaper pages Tissue Paper (any colors you like) Scissors Stick Glue Watercolor paints, water and paper towels Black Marker
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
1. Parents may quietly assist off camera as needed. 2. Parents should supervise their learner's use of safety scissors. 3. Learners are required to be kind and polite during the class, and not say anything hurtful regarding another learner's art work. 4. Learners may leave their cameras and microphones on so that we can chat while we work, however learners are welcome to mute if they have background noise in their surroundings.
