Beginner - Advanced Level
In this fun one-time class, learners will take interesting and creative photographs of toy and model cars in this fun and interactive course with Erika Hatfield. This class will begin with an introduction to car photography and some ideas for choosing good places indoors and outdoors. Students will learn how to use angles, lighting, and other creative tricks to make their small cars look like larger ones that can be driven. Learners will take better photos of toy and model cars while learning about forced perspective, choosing great backgrounds, and using creative lighting.
Our courses are designed to support learners with unique needs as Erika has a Master's in Special Education. Materials are presented verbally & on slides in class and learners go back and forth between instruction & actively photographing.
Toy and/or model cars Flashlight or lamp - any kind of light that the learner can move around
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
