Description
Class Experience
The students will learn the basic steps and vocabulary for ballet and along with stretches and exercises that can help them progress to the next level.
Practice means progress! So I will ask the students to practice the exercises we have done class and watch over the video recordings in order to further their knowledge and confidence with the movements.

45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Ballet requires an ample amount of workout space. Make sure that there is enough room for the students to dance and that the area is safe from hazardous materials that they can step on or run into. Make sure that the floor is not slick as well. Students will need to make sure that they are warmed up and that they have a bottle of water with them. Be advised since this a physical course that parents monitor their children for them to stay safe. Injury is possible in this course just like any other sport, pulled muscles and ankle injuries are the main ones to be aware of.
