Description

Class Experience

Students will learn to take a simple sentence like, "Children swim" and turn it into a much more dynamic sentence, like "During the hot afternoon, several excited children splash happily in the refreshing pool with their friends" in just five weeks.
I will upload a homework assignment each week into the classroom so students can practice what we've learned in class that week. I will not grade these assignments, but you are always welcome to submit a copy to me or in the classroom if you have questions, need help, or would like comments on your student's work. I'm always available to answer any questions about the classes. Homework time will vary according to each student's ability but should take about 15-30 minutes to complete.
Students will need paper and a pencil for class and homework assignments. I do provide space on the homework assignments for writing, but you may find that lined paper works better for your student.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
